Home Hub Gets has Screen Menu You Didn’t Know

The Google Home Hub is a first attempt by Google at a Smart Display and also combines the influential functionality of the Google Home with a display for more use cases. It has a smooth, modest look that means it will easily blend into your surroundings rather than being a focal point of a room.

Home Hub Gets has Screen Menu You Didn't Know

Before now, you seen few Smart Displays devices from different brands like Lenovo and JBL, but unlike from those options, Google’s first party design has followed the design language of pre-existing Home devices and it looks like something that you would really want in your Home.

However, with the Google Home Hub, you can able to adjust the brightness or easily set the alarm with a voice command. Although if you are trying to quiet mode or there is lots of background noise so that you can also do these things by using a hidden Screen Settings menu option.

Since getting to the screen settings menu is a simple and easy task. Probably, the trickiest part is to know that it exists. For this:
  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
  2. Once you do this, a small menu will appear on your screen.
  3. Now, here you will find in order from left to right:
  • Brightness.
  • Volume.
  • Do Not Disturb.
  • Alarms.
  • Settings Gear.
Brightness

This brightness feature allows you to turn the brightness of your screen up and down. Also, it will activate and deactivates the Ambient EQ feature. Though setting up the brightness to a specific level from 1 to 10 deactivates Ambient EQ; setting it to Zero activates Ambient EQ.

Volume

This will offer you an alternate way to turn the volume up and down, on the other hand, you can use your voice, or physical buttons give on the top back of the hub. At times, if your button stops working, then it’s an amazing option for you.

Do Not Disturb

If you get irritated from calls and notification, then don’t worry, Google Home Hub will offer you an option to enable calls and notifications, but you can see all your missed notification. Though, this setting won’t stop alarms from sounding.

Alarms

You can be also able to set the alarm easily.

Settings Gear

This option will provide you with information about your Wi-Fi connection and some other legal notices.

Overall, Google Home Hub seems to be the best all-around option for all the users who are searching for the best devices.
